While working for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I had the opportunity to create engaging social media posts that inspire and connect audiences. From motion design to interactive Instagram Stories, I crafted content that made messages more accessible and engaging. Whether developing quizzes to prepare for General Conference, adapting magazine articles into dynamic Q&A formats, or designing visually compelling Reels, my goal was to bring faith-based storytelling to life in creative and meaningful ways.
For the April 2025 General Conference, I was tasked with creating a series of Instagram Stories to promote the event for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Wanting to make the experience engaging, I developed the idea of interactive quizzes based on talks from the previous conference session. Using the Strive to Be style guide I had created, I designed fun and visually dynamic Stories that encouraged youth to test their knowledge while preparing for the upcoming conference. This project was a great opportunity to combine creativity and interactivity, making conference promotion more engaging and memorable.
I created a series of Instagram Stories adapting an article from For the Strength of Youth magazine into an engaging, interactive format. The series featured a Q&A with missionaries, which I transformed into a fun texting-style design to make the content feel more relatable and dynamic. Over time, three separate story sets were released, each continuing the conversation and encouraging youth to explore missionary work in a fresh and engaging way. This project challenged me to take long-form content and reimagine it for social media while maintaining its meaning and impact.
